Fast and effective support for end-users is essential to keeping a business running smoothly.  Better-IT’s experienced team of qualified support engineers can quickly diagnose and resolve most end-user issues with a combination of remote and telephone support.

If we can’t fix it remotely that’s not a problem, as our support contracts also include on-site support.

Server and network support team

Better-IT have supported and installed networks for a wide variety of clients, including schools, college’s, architects, logistics companies and serviced offices. Our network team has extensive experience in dealing with third party providers such as ISPs and great relationships with partners such as Juniper and Cisco.

We can bring this knowledge and expertise to your network to quickly and easily resolve networking problems.

Flexible support contracts

Better-IT support contracts are built around the needs of your business.  We can create a bespoke support package that includes the time, coverage and service level that your business requires.

Our rolling support contract is most popular- a fixed amount of support time per month, with unused time rolling over to the next month (for up to 3 months).
